Summer is here :) I actually managed to dry some clothes on the line.. YEY. This is what I wore to potter around town in the sunshine :) i've also taken about 200 pictures which I need to go through and edit for Ebay, so i'll keep you all posted on those. I also need to try and sell my running machine, ahhh so much to do before I move a week on Sunday.

Right, i've got 200 photos to pick through and edit/delete..hopefully they'll start going up on Ebay tomorrow :)

Sorry I didn't update my blog yesterday, I was in bed with a bad tummy bug :( but i'm felling much better now! and since the sun is out I may even try eating some BBQ food later and then were going to see Batman tonight.. whooo :) am I well enough for nachos.. I think I am!! :)

So here is this weeks wishlist :) all items are linked above in bold
*I love this navajo print bag from H&M, I just love anything with an aztec/navajo print and this would be good for carrying around uni books.
*I missed out on the dress version of this skirt, Jessie J wore the dress version on The Voice and sold out straight away! I reckon you could wear this skirt as a dress too and it would still end just above the knee. Its a great price too at £18.00
*Ahhh the Zara sale, they really do have the best sale. This blazer is now 39.99 down from 89.99, I really love boucle jackets and the collar detailing is stunning on this one. Plus as its Zara you know its going to be great quality and last forever.
*These studded boots are exactly the same as the -physic boots from Topshop except these are around £40 and the Topshop versions cost £95.00.. I love everything about them!!
*I'm really loving seeing everyones homemade dip dye projects on blogs recently. I was looking at Topshops new arrivals earlier and this one caught my eye. Ok its quite expensive at £75, but its really inspired me to try a dip dye project of my own :)
*I love this Zara bag, its so simple, chic and you'd be able to fit so much in it. This bag would also go with everything!
*Ear cuffs have been a trend i'm not too sure about, they don't seem to sit on my tiny ears very well, but this one from Lavish Alice is really tempting me! what do you all think to ear cuffs?
*The floral headband and rabbit earrings are from Rock n Rose, I just love floral headbands and this mint coloured one really caught my eye. The rabbit earrings are just the cutest thing i've ever seen!
*The wedges from ASOS are my favourite thing on this wishlist. I love a nice wedge, I find them so much easier to walk in on a night out. The print on these are amazing and they would go with so much and brighten up a plain outfit.

What do you think to my wishlist :) and do you think I should attempt my own dip dye dress project? :)

Hey,

This is what i'm wearing out for dinner and drinks tonight with a couple of friends. I brought this off ebay and it was delivered today, I love it so much that I just had to wear it straight away :) although my only complaint would be that its a tad to short, so i'm going to wear this either with a slip underneath or over leggings.
The shoes are also off ebay, I have a real thing for brogues and gold.. so these are my dream shoes.

THE THRIFTED OUTFIT

I managed to get outside and take these when it was lovely and sunny earlier, the weather has now taken a turn for worse... possibly because it knew i'd hung some washing out.

This outfit completey consits of items brought from my local chairy shops. The blouse is a firm favourite with me, I love its cute collar.. it also looks great layered undernearth jumpers and cost me £3.00. My skirt is actually a vintage underslip, I think its too pretty to hide under clothing. What do you think? its not sheer at all and I love the detailing on the bottom this cost £1.00. The shoes are originally from Topshop and cost me £3.50, they are practically unworn and so comfortable. I don't think this is a bad outfit considering in total it cost me £7.50 and was the ideal outfit for wondering around town (well before it rained). I didn't realise how bad my hair looked.. I swear it wasn't as bad in person..hehe. Anyway its about the clothes isn't it!?

I'm finding that knowing i'm moving in 2 weeks is making me feel so nesty.. i'm spending so long on the computer searching for homewares. This is the first home where me and my boyfriend get to pick everything and style the house ourselves.. our current house is my boyfriends mums, so everything is hers. Do any of you know of any websites that sell really nice reasonably priced homewares? I just want to get into our new home and start painting and making it perfect. Although once we've settled in it'll nearly be time for me to head back off to uni.. then I need to sort that house out as well..hehe. Oh so many things to buy and so little money to buy them with, I can see carboot sales being my saviour.. their great for picking up vintage furniture.

I'll be putting Ebay items up over the next couple of days so i'll let you know when there up :) I need money for my house.. i'm even selling my running machine :( but needs must and all that!

PASTEL BLUE VINTAGE DRESS

Hi. :)
I got this dress from the charity shop for 1.60, I love the pastel trend that around at the moment and was SO happy when I saw this.

Other than picking up bargains i'm getting more stressed by the day with all the end of year uni work :( my test is looming and panic stations are all go!! I appologise in advance for the next few days my blogging/commenting on blogs may be few and far between. However after next Friday it'll all be over and i'll be getting ready for my uni trip to Berlin :) and then 4 months off, so there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Florence and the Machine Day

I actually went to the Florence and the Machine gig on Tuesday 6th in Nottingham but have only just finished sorting through the many photo's I took at the gig (most were blurred due to me bouncing around) :)
After convincing my boyfriend, cousin and friend to que early with me I managed to get to the front.. making standing in the cold for 2 hours SO worth it!!
I've been a fan of Florence for years and she didn't disappoint, such an energenic gig. She didn't sing a note out of tune and wore an amazing velvet fitted jumpsuit with stunning gold beaded detaling and a matching cloak with peacock feather print on the inside. She really is such an all round idol of mine so classy, talented and an amazing singer/songwriter to boot.

I need a new camera :( i've decided the summer holidays are going to be spent working so I can get a lovely SLR.

People have already been uploading videos on Youtube, this song was a particular highlight for me.. enjoy :)
